    • Crossfit Masters

      Increase mobility, build strength and join a community of supportive, encouraging peers, while getting a great workout in this group class tailored for individuals over 50. We adjust and scale every movement based on the ability of each individual, while measuring progress and teaching new skills.

    • Fit Kids!

      Tailored for kids age 8-15, our Fit Kids! program consists of constantly varied workouts with a big emphasis on FUN. Burn energy, build strength and set your child up for a lifetime of healthy habits in this group class, programmed with light weights, body movements and games. We adjust and scale every movement based on the ability of each individual child, while encouraging progress and teaching new skills.

    • Personal Training

      Want to work on a specific skill? Work odd hours? Prefer to train alone? Many of our coaches offer personal training services in addition to our group classes. Whether you are a Boise CrossFit members, someone who wants personal coaching on a specific skill or just want to work 1-on-1 with a coach, we're ready to help.

    • On Ramp

      Learn the fundamentals in an unintimidating small group or 1-on-1 setting. Designed to teach you the essentials, our On-Ramp session will prepare you to join a group CrossFit class. You'll leave this short program feeling confident and excited, ready to train with your peers.

  • What is Crossfit?

    • The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.

      We've used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don't change programs.

    • The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind.

      Our hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.

    • CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams

      Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.
